Cancellation &
Refund Policy

We understand life happens — here’s how cancellations and refunds work at Coop Fresh Co.:
 

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance: no charge.

  • Cancel within 48 hours: 20% fee of your service invoice.

  • Cancel while we are in route: 50% fee of your service invoice.

Coop Fresh Cancellations

If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds

We stand by the quality of our work. If you feel your service was not performed to standard, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the concern and may provide:

  • A re-visit to address the issue, or

  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.
